「We stayed at the Hyatt Place Biloxi and were very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The rooms were also very well maintained, especially the floors, which is something I always notice when staying at hotels. Overall, the property felt fresh, comfortable, and welcoming. I would have gladly given this hotel 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience with the in-house Starbucks brought my rating down to 4 stars. I ordered a latte that tasted more like warm milk with syrup than actual coffee....

「No television, repairman couldn’t fix it. I was hoping for a little break on the bill. Front desk said no. My second time to stay there. Probably won’t return.」

「Everything was on point. My supper on Saturday night in the grill was perfectly prepared by chef Andre the breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was delicious and worth the $13. Nicole, who checked me in Saturday night was very personable and professional. Cora the housekeeping attendant was great. I will definitely spend the night there again the next time I’m in Biloxi.」

「Harrahs has changed in the last seven years. It is not what it used to be. The food in this casino is horrible!!! All restaurants besides Starbucks need to be shut down. Horrible!! Did I say Horrible. On the flip side, the best part of the Casino was I won a few hundred dollars to replace what I missed going to these restaurants.」

「It was a great place with a good location, and I will definitely book again. The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed」

「Got a pet friendly room that STUNK like a litter box. It was horrible! Additionally, we were in a non-smoking room but the pillows had clearly been in a smokers room prior. Hotel security was good and there was a great little seafood place across the street」
