It is located in Beaumotte, halfway between Vesoul, Baume-les-Dames, and Besançon, and near Montbozon, a town of character. This magnificent stone house has been renovated while preserving its original character. On the ground floor, enjoy a large, welcoming living room, a library lounge, and a charming kitchen opening onto the outside, as well as a professional kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare hearty meals. As a caterer, homemade meals can also be prepared for you. On the ground floor, relax in one of the six spacious and bright bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed. Each room has a TV with Wi-Fi and a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet (two also have bathtubs). From the balcony of the Blue Room or the windows, admire the breathtaking views of nature. On the top floor, a large games room (with a video projector, benches, and a pool table) provides a place for everyone to gather and have fun. Two bedrooms are also accessible from this room. Outside, the property is wooded and enclosed. The road leading to it is one-way and takes you to a path that leads to a public beach and the Ognon River. It is therefore very quiet and safe for children. Adjoining the house, a large, renovated conservatory offers a place to enjoy longer days with its sofa area. And nearby, the 5-person spa is also sheltered. On the ground floor, there is also the possibility of renting a newly renovated apartment, with a double bed and a sofa bed.
