The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful”

It would’ve been nice to have had access to a communal fridge and easier access to the secure bicycle area. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay.
