「A wonderful stay in the Burgandy region of France. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the service was beyond wonderful. Our breakfast was quite well apportioned with eggs, bacon, sausage, bread and cheese, sweet breads and excellent coffee. 」

「This hotel was outstanding. It is an old building, so there are no elevators. The room was lovely, a large size, and very comfortable. We appreciated the daily water bottles in the room and the large towels. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel is on a quiet side street, but an easy walk to the town center, as well as the station. I would definitely stay here again.」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. 「Tres bon sejour . Seul point negatif quand nous sommes arrivés le numero de reservation n etait pas bon don j ai du appele l assistance pour avoir notre chambre , problem resolu rapidement . Aussi notre chambre avait une odeur desagreable ,la personne de la reception nous en a donner une autre .2eme probleme resolu . Face a ses problemes tout s est bien passé, le personnel tres a l ecoute et tres agréable. 」

「Sowohl das Personal als auch das Hotelrestaurant fanden wir herausragend! Einziger Makel, der jedoch im Kopf bleibt, ist der riesige Fleck von schwarzem Schimmel über der Dusche. Wenn der Aufenthalt allerdings nur für eine Nacht ist, überwiegt dennoch die herzliche Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden und der sehr positive Gesamteindruck. 」
