Completely renovated, ideal geographical context, in the spectacular Gulf of Teulada, with balconies overlooking the sea, breathtaking views, private pebble beach only for the guests of the residence, newly renovated and rehabilitated apartment, everything is new, from the mattresses to the TV led satellite, in a very quiet area and in any case close to wonderful and unspoiled beaches, such as tramatzu port, tuarredda, pino port.
also nearby the island of S. Antioco and S. Pietro.
Excellent choice if you want to relax and rejuvenate with family or friends.

Vivere sul mare

La casa è molto nuova ed è su misura per due persone. I due balconi vista mare sono spettacolari e non hanno deluso le nostre aspettative. Francesca è stata cortese e disponibile per qualsiasi nostra necessità. Considerando il prezzo vale la pena alloggiare in questo appartamento. L’unico consiglio che potremmo dare è quello di mettere delle zanzariere per evitare che entrino molti insetti alla sera attratti dalla luce. La zona è esattamente a metà tra le bellissime spiagge di porto pino e le altrettanto belle spiagge di Chia ed è a 10 minuti dal centro di Teulada, quindi la posizione è ottima. In conclusione l’appartamento è molto bello e ci ritorneremmo volentieri.

Süße schöne Wohnung

Insgesamt hat uns die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren mit 2 Personen dort und dafür ist die Wohnung ideal. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer Wohnung benötigt. Die Wohnung sieht aus, wie auf den hier hochgeladenen Fotos. Allerdings haben wir bei zwei Bereichen einen kleinen Punktabzug. Leider ist das W-Lan nicht in der Wohnung verfügbar, sondern nur unten im Eingangsbereich. Zudem wäre es gut, wenn im Badezimmer die Duschbrause langsam erneuert werden würde. Wir fanden es aber super, dass sogar ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, den wir auch mit an die Strände nehmen durften. Außerdem war es seitens des Vermieters sehr kulant, dass er uns nichts von der Kaution abgezogen hat, obwohl uns ausversehen die eine Gardinenstange abgebrochen ist. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abreise alles super unkompliziert geklappt. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung gut weiterempfehlen.

Bell'appartamento, arredamento moderno ,e funzionale. La vista è mozzafiato, mare splendido

L'appartamento è per 3 persone, dispone di tutto il necessario ed è molto funzionale. Occorre organizzarsi per la spesa in quanto non ci sono negozi nei paraggi. La strattura è purtroppo fatiscente, ma la posizione ed il mare sottostante compensa a tutto. Da consigliare a chi desidera vacanza in totale relax

bello l'appartamento internamente, bella la posizione fronte mare, belle le spiagge vicine. brutto il contesto esterno dove è inserito l'appartamento (trattasi di eco-mostro con più di 100 appartamenti lasciato totalmente all'incuria).

Super Sehr gut

Was very nice place direct view of sea from balcony. There 4-5 small beaches near by. You can enjoy the stay there. Apartment actually located at 5 th floor of hotel Rocce Rocce and spa in Teulada. Nothing to get scared about place there were many other tourists. Perfect place if you want to spend time with your family at night no disturbance. You can see reflection of moon light in sea water really romantic. Grocery shop in 6 km away from this place in Teulada village you can buy all you need. Also thanks to Francesca for who gave us all information about place apartment though she doesn't speak English but she managed to explain us everything. Would like to to there again.

Très agréable séjour (hors-saison) dans ce petit appartement conforme à la description.

Appartement très agréable pour 2 personnes. Clair, vue imprenable sur la côte, proximité des plages, un peu isolé.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma confortevole.

L'appartamento è ben composto e arredato. I mobili sono nuovi e ci sono molti armadi. La cucina è dotata solo di due piastre elettriche che però funzionano bene e c'è tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Va bene per 2 massimo 3 persone. Il bagno è piccolo ma ben strutturato. Le uniche due pecche sono l'ingresso della doccia in quanto la porta non si apre completamente e la porta a soffietto del bagno. La vista dell'appartamento è bellissima in quanto si affaccia sul mare e inoltre la struttura porta ad una spiaggetta privata. Da segnalare però che i primi negozi disponibili sono nella città di Teulada che dista circa 15 minuti di macchina dall'appartamento.

Vacanza rilassante

Grazioso appartamento situato in un hotel rimodernato ma non funzionante che si affaccia sul mare a qualche chilometro dal centro del paese. L' appartamento è piccolo ma accogliente e da poco ristrutturato, è dotato di tutto ciò che serve per la cucina, dell'aria condizionata e di un piccolo stendino a muro. Il bilocale è situato nelle vicinanze delle principali spiagge della zona, raggiungibili in auto. C'è comunque una spiaggia direttamente accessibile dalla struttura. Francesca, la ragazza che ci ha accolto, è stata molto gentile e disponibile.

A hidden gem!

I stayed in Porto Pino/Teulada for 4 nights. Nice small apartment. Far from everything.....and hard to find.....It is located into a closed hotel.....you need to arrive in the afternoon or at least during daylight to be able to find it! There is a big rock (something Rosso) on the entrance on the highway. That would be your clue. There is not much choice of restaurants close by. I found this difficult. Nice beaches not too far away. Thank you for sharing your apartment with me. Grazie!

Tutto positivo

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamentino per 4 notti (dal 9 al 13 Giugno 2016), e ci siamo trovati bene! Il bilocale è arredato con gusto (i tipici bianco e blu delle case al mare) e accessoriato di tutto il necessario per cucinare, mangiare, organizzare i vestiti, ecc. Al nostro arrivo era molto pulito, con il letto fatto e le asciugamani del bagno messe a disposizione per noi. La vista è come in foto cioè rivolta alle scogliere della costa est. Il climatizzatore rinfresca velocemente tutti gli spazi, la doccia è piccola ma c'è tanta pressione per cui è funzionale. Quanto al complesso residenziale... sì, è un ecomostro, ma come altre centinaia disseminati sulle coste italiane, probabilmente fa impressione perchè è l'unico su un tratto di costa davvero incontaminata, ma non vedo come questo possa influenzare il soggiorno! Ormai è lì, tanto vale usarlo!

Quiet

The apartment was very clean & had all you need but it is better for 2 people, I would say a bit small for 3. The building looked like it had had financial problems and not many apartments were sold or lived in. There were maybe 4 other couples in the whole place of over 55 units. No one on reception, restaurant closed & pool closed (looked like it needed a lot of repair. It was fine for my husband & I as we had a car & went out every day & evening. Teh beach was rocks & pebbles & not chairs or umbrellas to use. We went to Tramatzu beach not too far 12 mins drive.
