「The property was clean and quiet. The location is excellent and very near to food, gas, and shopping. The only property concerns I would address are the the room curtains and breakfast items and variety. The room curtains were not well fitted to the windows and let in a lot of light from the parking lot lights at night and sunlight first thing in the morning. During a two night stay the breakfast was the same both days and really needs to include some type of protein besides hard boiled eggs....

「This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! 「This cabin was adorable!!! We stayed in one of the 4 person cabins and absolutely loved it!!! The view from the back of the cabin was awe inspiring at night. What an incredible experience! The cabin was fully staffed with a fridge, pots and pans, and some s’more’s to cook in the fire pit (the s’mores came in the cutest lil gift box). Wood was also provided at the campsite. This was a very memorable experience. The kids loved it!」
