Property was conveniently located on our trip through southern Utah. The property is in need of maintenance and was a bit older. The nearby dining was convenient and it had what we needed to rest after 12 hours of driving. Protein options at breakfast were appreciated but multiple food/drink machines were out of order.

The motel is older and run down on the inside and outside. A lot of the ac vents from the outside don’t have coverings and with that a lot of what looks like birds nests inside of the AC which I’m pretty sure is a health hazard. The room was your basic motel room however is was dirty. You could tell the carpet was not vacuumed, left over trash in the floor by one of the beds and bedding was disheveled when entering the room. Hot water in the bathtub is scolding hot and you can’t change the temperature to be cooler. I would not recommend staying here even if it is for just one night like myself. Only thing they had going for them was the bed was decently comfortable and close to highway.

Fast check in, very close to the 15 fwy, indoor door and jacuzzi. Housekeeping very friendly, ice machine works and was needed w this hot weather. AC in the room worked very well. Will stand again in our next trip

I want to start off by saying that Andy at the front desk is extremely nice and helpful. We appreciated his hospitality and kindness in giving us a refund for one of our nights. The hotel is a decent place for the price. Place is clean and spacious, with a nice pool/hot tub. Our one complaint is that the A/C in our room and (by the sound of other reviews) other rooms was out. When we got into our room it was clearly broken (the temp in the room was 85 degrees), we told the front desk but there was nothing they could do because they were fully booked out. We slept like that for one night and decided it was best to leave without staying the second night of our reservation. Thanks to Andy again for offering us a refund for the second night of our stay (even though our reservation said it was nonrefundable). We appreciate it!

Tub appeared very dirty/stained. Had to use body wash for hand soap since no hand soap was provided. Bed ruffle was torn and just walking on the side walk noticed that some of the curtains need replaced as there were large holes in them.

The hotel was reasonably priced, not fancy but well located for traveling. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in for a long time. Best part of the night.

We were only here for an evening and left early in the morning. The hotel is older but has been lightly renovated. There is a big pool and hottub which looked nice but since there was a big baseball tournament in town, there were lots of kids and families in the pool. The hotel is pretty isoldated - there is a gas station and cafe in the parking lot but not much else around. This was fine for us, considering it was just a stopover.
