“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. “The stay was ok. I usually don’t mind Quality Inn’s and have stayed in other ones in different cities. But this location was not kept very clean, just can tell they’re not cleaning properly or getting everything wiped down in the rooms. The change rooms in the swimming pool were also filthy my husband noticed. Another issue was our card did not work to get back in our room after getting dinner and we had to keep walking back 3 times to the main desk until the staff finally came to look at it……
