「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「I was greeted pleasantly by staff. She walked outside to my room, which was in a separate area from the check in, to show me where to go. I arrived at night and left before the sun was up so I didn't get a good look at the property but from what I could see, it was a great location by water. 「Great place to stay with a good rate.」

「Room is clean and well equipped for tourists to have a pleasant stay there. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The town was quiet and beautiful. We also enjoyed some time in the Opera House. Will be back next time.」

Cleaning was inadequate, noting hair clumps throughout the property, dirty bed linens, dirty fridge, uncleaned toilet. The outside space was also uninhabitable based on the degree of spider infestation. Property manager was drinking when we arrived, asked us to help him clean (he also lives next door apparently). After cleaning for hours,...

「Nice」

「Ok」

「We really enjoyed our stay except there was no mention of how difficult going up and down the stairs were and no railing on the staircase. The other issue was that it was very hot and humid while we stayed there and although all of the windows were open, they need the handles replaced because when it got very cool in the evenings we weren't able to close the windows again.」

「Every thing is good the place is clean and accommodation is good. The lake needs to be cleaned it’s full of water lilies kayak and canoe weren’t possible my grandkids really wanted to do it. Thank you.」

「Great location! Rental was clean and exactly as listed. 」
