Halifax Trip

Nice location - convenient for us to get into Halifax as well as airport and family a little further north. Would definitely stay in this area again

Lots of room to cook, very clean space. A variety of interesting books to read. Walking distance to restaurants and water front picnic areas.

Modern Aesthetic

This location worked well for us to explore the area. Nice and quiet in the evenings. It is located on the 2nd floor, so there are stairs.

The inside was actually okay but there are some major factors to be aware of. Apartment is on second floor and there is no air conditoning. While there is a fan, it does not cool the apartment at all. In the summer, you will die of heat there. The area is not good either. While walking at the back of the property i was accosted by a dog luckily on a leash but looked like shacks back there. The highway that the building sits on is very very busy and tough to turn left and you are miles from shopping so make sure you have your groceries or whatever before you arrive. I would not re book here

Communication lacking and did not get room we booked

We were told we could check in at 2:30 then receive notice the day of we cannot check until 5:30 due to housekeeping shortage. Then when we finally get to check in the room was never cleaned. They claimed it was a misunderstanding. Then we are put in a room we did not want and told we would get a refund but never did. They ghosted us after that. The room we got had 2 thin blankets, no storage in the bathroom and a sink you could not even put your overnight bag on. Do not stay with this company. They do not communicate beforehand well as others have stated and you cannot trust you will get the place you booked or at the very least, get to check in on time. Very disappointed in our stay.
