「The room was a good size and pretty clean. Usual amenities were provided. The reception was tiny and the receptionist seemed more focussed on her phone than greeting guests. I appreciate though it was very quiet and the reception area is a great environment to work on. The internal areas are very tired (not to mention the outside) and it’s not the most welcoming of places sadly.」

「Initial impression- good. Car park all gravel but plenty of parking. Reception - water on offer but it was empty. Were told our booking didn’t include breakfast but included 20% off food and soft drinks. Nice because we had forgotten. No information on where restaurant or bars not a big problem but it is nice to be told. We booked a table for dinner. Was given our room key. We asked if it was possible to walk along the river from the back of the restaurant… no access it is only from the other...

「The place is efficient and quiet. Easily seen and recognizable. We did get a refund immediately, but was double charged when checking in even though I pre-cooked months before on Expedia.」

「Expectations knocked out of the park and then some . It’s a beautiful place from the lovely living / working area to the large bathroom going upstairs to bed was an event with the lighting the copper bath tub just amazing」
