“Have stayed at this place 14 years ago. It is still a nice place to stay for the trip. We have five adults in the party. A room with 2 queens and a sofa bed easily fit the family. The breakfast is great and changed the variety during our stay for two nights. The shower head does not offer enough water pressure and leaks at the pull-up lever area on the bathtub faucet. But overall it is a nice place.”

“My third stay as I have to be here in Boston so regularly. Not quite as well equipped as the Avia, but much closer and easier to get downtown Boston.
Again, a bit older hotel, but well kept and clean. I will be staying there again, probably several times as I conduct business in Boston.”
