"The staff were very friendly and quick to respond, and the room was comfortable. The room was spacious and the balcony was lovely and relaxing. The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The breakfast atmosphere was also great, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. "Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. A lot of confusion surrounding the floating pool breakfast I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend doing that again. Staff at breakfast every morning were excellent and the food was delicious. "

"We had a simply wonderful experience at Ayung Resort. We stayed for almost two weeks, and every day was perfect. The resort itself is idyllic, the services were exceptional. But what we loved most were the people. The people in every single department were so lovely, it made our entire journey feel like we were a place that we belonged. Our sincere thanks goes out to the individuals who made us feel like family. "
