"Room is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good, 5-10 mins walk to night market so not too busy but yet convenient. Right across from aquarium, we did the Night at Aquarium with dinner tour, great experience, learned so much about sea animals from our guide Ruby with delicious dinner afterwards at the adjacent steakhouse. The only negative thing is the sound insulation between rooms are very light, I could hear the neighboring guest stirring a cup of drink clearly at midnight and his/her phone notifications (I guess that’s what it was cuz the same short piece of music would repeat every now and then for 2 hrs😅) Overall we had a nice stay of 4 nights."

"A lovely hotel with extremely attentive staff. Beautiful location overlooking the promenade and beach. Great to have a pool to enjoy alongside our trips. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and delicious cocktails."

"Staff were lovely - it has a 24/7 reception team. Our room had an updated modern bathroom but the remaining part of the room was still very dated and unrefurbished. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable.One of the elevators was down at the time of our stay, but the other was working. It is a great location, beach was right out the front and you can walk to cainrs city along the waterfront in under 20mins."
