The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!

This hotel mandates 15% of surcharge on top of Expedia order confirmed price at check in. There is nowhere mentioned 15% of surcharge on Expedia order. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom so the hotel room is very humid. I would not recommend this hotel.

房間團體房比較老舊˙、住宿感覚較差但老裝修過的房間還可以、只是房間不大、環境交通便利10号地鉄C出口很近、有亮馬河晚上很漂亮可座船游河、兩岸有商家居酒居中西式餐廳、咖啡館很棒也是遛狗的好地方值得推薦

窓の防音が不十分なのに注意

地下鉄駅から徒歩5分程度でロケーションは悪くない。ホテルは大通りからちょっと中に入ったところなので、エントランスがやや見つけにくい。部屋は狭いほうの部類。扉はきっちり最後まで閉めないと自動には閉まらない。一番大きな問題は、窓の防音が十分でなく、夜に道路を走る自動車の音が透過してきてとてもうるさいということ。はじめ、窓が開いているのかと思ってびっくりしましたがそうでなく、全然寝付けませんでした。このレベルで北京でなかったらだいたい5000円程度のホテルです。金額にやや見合わない。

Parts of the hotel had been renovated but since I stayed in an older floor, the room looked tired and in certain need of a refresh. Staff was helpful and amenities provided were OK.

随分前に宿泊したことありましたが、何年かぶりの利用。フロントの対応は変わらずの。ドアマンがすごく親切で笑顔を絶やさずに挨拶してくれて・・・こういう些細な事って実はとてもうれしく、癒されました。

場所は地下鉄からの出口を間違えなければ、地上に出たら目に入り、分かりやすい。 フロントは英語が話せましたが、事務的で特に可もなく不可もなし。チェックインの待ち列を無視して受付に声をかけた中国人に対して、きちんと並ぶように案内をして追い払っていたのには感心した。まだまだ並ばないし、順番とか理解できないお客もスタッフも多いのも事実ですので。 部屋は1-2人の場合、必要十分な広さ。清潔。 水回りが少し汚れていたが許容範囲。 朝食バイキングは期待していたよりも、美味しく頂けました。個人的にはお粥がオススメ。 何かの会議場だったのか、外国ビジネスマンが多かったです。 空港行きのタクシーを呼ぶ際、英語は話せないけれども、ドアマンが愛想良く対応してくれました。 全体的に何も期待をせず、ハードルを下げておけば、ストレスもなく、期待以上の満足感を得られるホテルだと思います。

再度利用してもいいかも？

フライトキャンセルで振替便が取れずに延泊する事になりました 。 部屋は使い勝手は良いですが 清掃はイマイチ 、ティパックの追加もなく ホテル案内にプール情報が無かったのでチェックアウト直前に知って泳げなかったのが残念です。 空港からのアクセスも良く 朝早いフライトでも目の前から空港バスが5:25位からありますし 敷地内のコンビ二も便利なので 機会があれば利用しても良いかも？

当日予約のチェックインでトラブル

フライトがキャンセルになったので急遽空港から予約しましたが、疲れ切って到着したら入金がないと予約確認のアプリを見せてもチェックインさせてもらえなくて言葉も通じないし泣きそうになりました。ホテルコムに電話を入れてもらいましたが、応答がなくてつながらないので怪しいサイトではないかと疑われました。入金までには時間がかかるので、その際はデポジットを取ってチェックインさせてもらえるように、緊急な時の対応をちゃんとしてほしいです。

Excellent hotel proche d'une station de métro. Propre, confortable. Dommage que Hotels.com l'ait situé à l'opposé de son emplacement car nous avons marché trop loin pour le trouver. La piscine est petite. Excellent buffet.

Awesome staff and location!

The room was exactly what we needed. Our flight landed late at night and the staff was still ready to give us out key and meet our needs when we arrived. One subway stop away from sanlitun and close proximity to other great spots. Reliable Wi-Fi and service. The staff offered to order use taxi to the airport. Will gladly stay again when we're back in Beijing.
