Hotel is in good condition breakfast buffet is decent with a lot of choices. I like the little robot that can send stuff to my room. Swimming pool is in good size too. Overall a pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly. The location is great, it’s nearby shops/restaurants. I like everything except the spa. The female spa needs deep cleaning. Hair everywhere. Seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Everything else was clean except the spa.

Nice hotel but not as good as some of the other Hilton hotels I have stayed elsewhere. Staff is very friendly and helpful but rooms and facilities are old and aging and there are lots of noise from adjacent bathrooms. I ended up asking to change my room 3 times. A lot of time there is an unpleasant odour in rooms and corridors. Sport and pool facilities and the location is great.

everything is so noticeably great when you compare it with doubletree in US. Not to mention the price here is right below two thirds of US's. I even discovered that this hotel offer Peking roasted duck which is comparable to (and marginally better than) the famous brand.

Best stay in BJ - Great for Hi-Speed Rail Access

I loved my stay at the DoubleTree. The hotel was new and clean and offered top level service in every area possible. The location was near the metro and in the perfect district of Beijing for all of my needs, however maybe not where a first time visitor would want to stay. The pool, gym, and restaurant were also A++

We booked a room for three people and also paid the corresponding surcharge in advance. However, upon arrival we were only provided with a room with two single beds. They charged us an extra bed, for which we again had to pay an additional fee. This bed was then simply squeezed in between the two singles beds.For a five-star hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable.
