"Be aware that the hotel reception close down at 19:00 and if you haven’t checked-in by then you have to find another place to stay. I travel a lot but rarely see this rigid routine. Normally there is an option to collect your key in a coded box or something after the reception is closed. But okay, fair enough, it’s my mistake to not follow these rules.
But no card payment in 2025?! That’s a big drawback which easily can be fixed. You leave it to your guests to spend 30 minutes to find an ATM...

"Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl!
Das wusste ich nicht, und kam mit meinem großen Koffer (3 Wochen Reha als Rheumapatientin an). Böse Überraschung!
Das Haus ist schön, das Bett wunderbar! Aber: leider war das Zimmer recht kalt (unter dem Dach, draußen -10°). Außerdem braucht die Dusche eine Grundreingiung.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich.
Besonders vielen Dank an die Rezeptionsdame, die meinen Koffer hoch trug!
Beim auschecken war keine/r da, also...

"Eigentlich ein praktisches Hotel mit Selbst Check in. Leider hatten wir Probleme beim reinkommen. Entweder hat die Technik der Eingangstür nicht richtig funktioniert oder wir haben uns am Anfang zu blöd angestellt. "When we arrived the hotel was closed. it seeems to be in very deep works for a renovation. No bell ringing at the entrance door. We had to phone. A little bit complicated for foreign people. Happily , Neighbours have help us in our phone call.
When we were inside all was satisfying. Just a bit of angst when you arrive, and that nothing seems to work as you aspected."
