It advertised breakfast was included but it wasn't. I was told it hasn't been included since COVID so they just haven't updated that info on there. Otherwise, it was clean and air conditioner worked, so that's good. Just had some water on the bathroom flooring and toilet kept running but everything else was good. Good customer service. They call in a taxi and food for you.

Für Geschäftsreisende gut
Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits im Stadtteil Dbayeh, etwa 100 Meter bergaufwärts vom recht bekannten Hotel Le Royal entfernt. gutes Frühstück, oder aber Abendessen kann man hier nicht erwarten, aber dafür kann man ja kurz mit dem Taxi in eines der zahlreichen Restaurants fahren. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es werden Taxifahrten schnell und allem voran günstig organisiert. .... Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, sauber und mit grossen Betten versehen, aber die Dusche ( zumindest meine ) war eine Katastrophe, denn sie war klein und so konzipiert, dass immer das Bad geflutet wurde. Es gab einen leeren Kühlschrank im Zimmer, also keine Minibar, aber das benötigt ohnehin nicht jeder.
