"We had a wonderful stay at the Inbal. The front desk person Talia was so helpful. Selina at the restaurant made us feel like she really knew us always with a big smile. Omer the concierge went far out of his way to help me get takeout for my sons birthday from a restaurant he really wanted to try.
The hotel is in a great location we walked to the Old City from there. "
"Everything about our stay was wonderful. The breakfasts are superb, The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were always genuinely friendly and helpful.. We had a couple of special requests and the hotel always went out of its way every time to accommodate us. Highly recommended!. "
"This hotel is adjacent to the Lev Yerushalayim and is right in Ben yehuda. So, it's not quiet and construction in the light rail extension makes extra noise. The hotel itself isn't a super fancy place that serves breakfast but those hotels charge like $20 a person for breakfast and you can eat much better for a fraction and a dozen places near by. I would stay here again. Ameer is great. "
"Staff was very friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in upon arrival even though we were there before check in time. Rooms were clean and nice size.
I will be back in Jerusalem in July and would definitely stay here again.
