「Really good resort, with the major positive being the property itself — you’ve got the backwaters and the beach on hotel property, and getting around is as easy as walking or calling for a buggy to transport you. Staff is also really warm and take great care of you.
My two major complaints are: 1) food — there needs to be some more variety, and they need to add salt!!!! 2) some of the villas had older/dated plumbing hardware, so the faucets leaked or the shower wouldn’t really get a lot of...

「The property manager, Faisal, was extremely helpful with any accommodations needed, and assisted with local foods, transportation, and even hand delivered breakfast to our room himself. Kerala is such a beautiful place, and the people there are all beautiful as well.」
