In addition, you have access to a welcoming common area, consisting of a reception and hallway, equipped with amenities for your stay. 🔎 Important Transparency

The studio is located on the first floor, but accessing it requires climbing stairs, which may be a challenge for people with reduced mobility.

There is no parking space on site; there are paid parking lots nearby.

We do not provide a gas stove (the kitchen is equipped with practical appliances such as an air fryer, coffee maker, and electric kettle). The accommodation does not require a CO2 detector because all appliances are electric and there is no fireplace, wood-burning stove, or attached garage. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace of the condominium area located on the 13th floor.
