City Hospital and Queens University , Ulster Museum within 5 minutes walking distance , City centre 15 minutes walk ,5 Minutes walk to the National NI Football Stadium , 5 Minute walk to the Golden Mile , which is renowned for its popular pubs and clubs .

The location of this place is absolutely perfect! There are a variety of resturants easily within walking range. The size of the place was perfect too, and a treat after living in a hotel for the last week. It was nice to just sit on the couch and watch tv like we were at home. The owner was just fantastic! We got in late, tired and confused on where we needed to go, but he was easily accessible and incredibly friendly.

Best: kitchen. Good size & well equipped. Worst: bathroom. No hooks or shelves to put our things. Living room is okay with good TV selection (streaming available). Bed is comfortable. When we reported poor cleaning Liam responded the next day with an apology.

Owner accessed the property after I checked in

The property was large, nicely located and as advertised. however, the day after checking in, the owner let himself in and scared me to death. He said he thought i was checking in that day. There was no chain lock or way to prevent me from keeping anyone else with a key from entering. I propped a heavy crock next to the door when i was in for the rest of my nine day stay so as to make sure i heard anyone trying to enter at anytime of the day. As a solo female traveler, i take security and privacy very seriously. It was unacceptable to be startled and frightened by a stranger suddenly letting themself in. I sent a message to VRBO but i never heard back. The owner should install some sort of lock that only an occupant can engage to keep this from happening and the owner should know when the unit is occupied and not access the property when someone is paying to stay there.

Located a 20 minute walk from city center on a bus route. Hop on Hop off bus stop located close by. Safe friendly area. Clean with many amenities, washer, TV, patio, oven, fridge, stove in a quiet area. The owner is very accessible if required, which we didn't need, as things worked out great. We would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thanks

Belfast Rental

This great little property was perfect for the two of us. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. It was actually much bigger than i thought, especially the kitchen. The outdoor courtyard with a table was an unexpected bonus which we enjoyed very much. We didn't use the washing machine but that is a very nice feature in a rental.

We enjoyed the property but were somewhat taken aback by the nightclub located directly across from the rental. Loud base music thumping was unexpected. Lovely cafes available to the right on Lisburn.
