The only reason for not giving 5 across the board is we ran out of hot water in the shower within 2-3 minutes.”

“A great option for a trip to Belfast. The apartment had views overlooking the river and was within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. The Titanic museum was also within walking distance. The underground parking was great as we had hired a car. ”

“Read the fine print - windows are optional apparently. While the bed was comfortable and we slept well, apparently there are windowless options with this hotel. Room was clean however the tile floor felt "greasy" almost like there was too much cleaning product used. I am so thankful I packed slippers. Staff were friendly enough - good luck driving to drop off our luggage, it took us 40 mins to find a route that was open. Its best to park at the mall / shopping centre across the river and……

“I got a lock box code but no description of where the lock box was or the apartment number. Also no desciption how to park. I called the host when I got there but recieved no call back. I stopped at the bar next door who was nice enough to show me where the 2 locations where lock boxes where but had no lock box number or color and there was many of them. I had to try the code in all the boxes before I got the key. The address was a large building with many doors which were all locked but……

“We had a great stay in Belfast. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The clothes washer didn’t work when we arrived but the host was able to get it repaired before we left. They left us a bottle of wine and some chocolates in appreciation for our patience. They were always very easy to contact and quick to respond. The location of the apartment is within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, groceries, shopping and the train station. We were there in January so the……

“Pros: Great location, clean, washing machine. Cons: rooms very small, the lift/elevator doesn’t work (and it doesn’t it will work anytime soon), the apartment is on the top, so be prepared to carry your luggage.”
