“Perfection! My husband and I have traveled for 30 years and this was the NICEST place we ever stayed. Beautiful people...there were two gala events while we were there so we enjoyed drinks in the lounge looking at all the gowns and tuxes. Grounds are immaculate with gorgeous sculptures. The spa benefit comes with check-in and it is pure relaxation with a pool, hot tub, dry sauna and wet sauna. Additional services are available for purchase from massage to dermabrasion. If you want true luxury……

“早歺食品種類少，供應之食物：麵包唔新鮮，煙火腿有異味，可能已經變壞，要求跟進未有改善，下次可能再考慮入住，原因是晚歺餐廳職員專業，食物質素高，交通方便”

“The check-in Staff were very rude - name was Phoebe - was like she didn't want to work that day. Also had to push to get a room after 15:00 and believe we were given a lower-grade room because was not ready or because of her attitude. Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book. “Clean well appointed room. Staff were very helpful. No food available in the evening hours unfortunately, not even a sandwich, so be warned”

“Interesting interior, convenient location, good supplies of amenities. But kitchen not friendly enough if u really want to cook.”

“The controls for the HVAC would not allow me to turn on the air con and I was hot sleeping every night.”

“Check out 時間太早，隔音設備不太好，晚上聽到重重的腳步聲和彭彭的聲音。服務員很有禮貌，房間都好乾淨。”

“Lovely hotel in a historic converted building. Quiet luxury. Abigail in the spa does a wonderful lymphatic massage. Scones in the bar are a must.”

“The room was nice and clean, staff were helpful, the staff in the lounge were super friendly, lots of nice places to sit and relax in the lobby”

“Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast”

“員工服務良好 反應事項 及時處理”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to wait 2 hours past check in time for our room to be ready. The shower tiles were falling off around the drain spout and the bathroom was a bit dirty. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing.”
