「Culloden is a very pretty spot but service was a bit uneven. Front desk was terrific and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast and dining fell short. Long waits and relatively poor quality was out of character with the rest of the property. We stayed two nights and would stay again as its rooms and natural beauty are terrific. The free breakfast was a case of getting what you pay for and the Cultra Inn was very disappointing. We did not try the Spa.」

「早歺食品種類少，供應之食物：麵包唔新鮮，煙火腿有異味，可能已經變壞，要求跟進未有改善，下次可能再考慮入住，原因是晚歺餐廳職員專業，食物質素高，交通方便」

「Good location, friendly and efficient service, rich breakfast」

「Really great stay, the hotel Is spotless and the staff were very attentive. The only down side is the carpark is fairly small so at night is full, but there is on street parking available. Hotel Parking is cheaper than on street for 24 hours though.」

「Check out 時間太早，隔音設備不太好，晚上聽到重重的腳步聲和彭彭的聲音。服務員很有禮貌，房間都好乾淨。」

「Great location and nice hotel. However we were there for work and the lack of shared spaces to work from was a really awkward, we ended up working with our laptops on our laps in the reception area for an hour before they finally allowed us to go into the breakfast area as the bar was closed due to staff meeting. Surely customers should come first! If you're there as a visitor to see the sites of Belfast this hotel would be really good and I would definitely go back.」

「地毯很多污漬，觀感不佳。但棉被很厚很溫暖。」

「Interesting interior, convenient location, good supplies of amenities. But kitchen not friendly enough if u really want to cook.」

「員工服務良好 反應事項 及時處理」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「Great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Even though there is limited parking there is more spots available nearby.」
