Unfortunately, we were only informed upon arrival that there was an additional £40 charge to use them. This information should be clearly stated in the advertisement so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Greater transparency would help avoid disappointment and improve the overall guest...

「Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … 」

「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「Clean and tidy and comfortable but this is without doubt the noisest place I've ever stayed. There is supposed to be a noise curfew between 11_7 but that all goes out the window when there is nobody there to police it. Doors slamming all night partly down to the door closing system and you can hear every word spoken in the next room and when that is 3am first night and 4:30am second we were unable to have a full night sleep. Don't get me wrong it was a cheap price so my expectations were not...
