Host was confused when we showed up for our reservation; she began talking to us through a camera on the house asking us who we were. She thought we were checking in on Monday, so I showed her our reservation on my phone. We have been traveling for a very long time and was very surprised at how many things we had to go out and buy: toilet paper, shampoo, soap, a much needed hair dryer. New washer and dryer sitting there not hooked up. We were there a week and had to buy undergarments because we could not wash anything. She said there was a dryer downstairs, but the basement was locked. She did respond to us every time we called or texted. We have never stayed anywhere that forced us to provide so many necessary items. The lake was beautiful and enjoyable.
