Hotel is located in prestigious location in a heart of Vracar just few steps from the Saint Sava cathedral.Lots of shops and restaurants around and about 2-3 km from the city centre which is 15-20 min taxi drive. Hotel is very nice and very clean but stuff is very nice and best of all the best. Room is spacious and comfortable Included breakfast is also very good and not standard buffet but à la card . Wallet underground parking is very convenient Highly recommended

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were amazing, and accommodating. We arrived from NY and were super tired, they kept apologizing because the rooms were not ready, and even offered us a drink on them. Super happy with our experience!!

Crystal Hotel exceeded our expectations. It doesn’t look impressive from the street, but inside you’ll find warm, welcoming staff and a great breakfast. Our stay in the Crystal Lounge was a highlight - the balcony and lounge furniture made mornings and evenings wonderfully calm. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was another standout, with friendly service, a stunning view, and delicious food. We were very pleased with our stay and will happily return on our next visit to Belgrade.

and were truly impressed by the exceptional service and hospitality. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and their genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us. It is clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing excellent service. We felt very well taken care of from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. A special thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and outstanding hospitality.

It was great ,fast and friendly check in. Like most of europe the parking is challenging ,as soon as we arrived they took our vehicle, parked it,end of issue. Room is beautiful, clean tons of storage,hanging and drawers. They even offer to store your luggage for the duration of your stay. The shower was impeccable, on our multi location 30 day trip i have to say this was the first shower that didnt flood the entire bathroom. We would definitely recommend.

The hotel room was very good. The staff were excellent and very helpful at the front desk. They gave lots of good pointers on taxis to take and not to take and we’re just generally very helpful. It’s a good 30 minute walk from the centre of the city which is probably what I needed. But if walking is not your thing you can always catch a cab Other than location. I could not have any negative comment about the Hotel nor the staff. And the only place I’ve had a hotel breakfast it was not for me but then again that might just be Serbia))
