Great location and hotel

The room was excellent (and very quiet) with a great view of Republic Square. Central to everywhere. The staff were polite and amazing. The €9 breakfast was great value for money. I would stay here again.

Excellent serbian service! Fast check-in, large comfortable rooms, but best of all the staff met all my needs and expectations! Nothing was too much for them. Location also cant be beaten, right in the centre.

Very nice place.

Totally convenient location. Rather close to most of the main attractions. Quiet and clean hotel. Has black out shades. Our room overlooked the Republic Square. One can either walk to all the attractions or take the local transit. Super clean and quiet hotel. The one person reception desk was absolutely helpful. Though the bathroom lacked certain amenities and convenience it closely resembles an American hotel. As a matter of fact the bathroom is much bigger than an American hotels.

No help with the luggage, especially there is no spot to park for a minute in front of the hotel and while checking out I heard: please wait a sec my college will check a room if everything is OK( interesting experience, first time to hear- no comment:)))

Good hotel, but location creates problems for car

The hotel is very good, clean, comfortable, quiet, good service and with very good location. However, the location at the very central place where no parking is available, even for unloading yourself and your luggage. The doors of the hotel look right to the busy road and there is no officially permitted place to stay for the taxi or your own car. We had a very hard time to find a place where to stop for a minute to unload our luggage and this place was very far from the hotel. Very inconvenient.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The receptionist doubles as the housekeeping person so if you want to sleep in and you miss the small window for room service you have to ask the person at the front who is often single staffed and can wait forever. The rooms do not have irons or ironing boards so you have to request that also (be prepared to wait forever). The mini fridge is impossibly small allowing for max 2 small water bottles. The A/C barely worked. Our linens were not changed during our entiere stay nor did we get fresh towels. The eating area on the second floor reeks of cigarettes and is dark and uninviting

Nice stay but one rude staff

It was really good hotel, staff was really good but there was a bald guy last day and he didnt let me park my car for 2 extra hours since I stayed there for 7 days I had my flight later that day, he just kept telling me “you check out at 12 and I cannot park after”
