This house comfortably accommodates your group with three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation after a day outdoors. The Primary Bedroom features a king-size bed, warm lighting, and peaceful views of the surrounding woods, offering a quiet place to unwind. The Second Bedroom includes a queen-size bed in a calm and comfortable setting, perfect for relaxing after time on the lake. The Third Bedroom also has a queen-size bed, providing a flexible layout that works well for families or small groups.

The home features two bathrooms for your convenience. The main floor bathroom includes a shower/tub combo—ideal for quick showers or a relaxing soak. The second bathroom is located in the master bedroom and offers a walk-in shower. Both are stocked with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and a hairdryer to make your stay comfortable.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, perfect for cooking your favorite meals. Enjoy the fresh Maine breeze—open windows are the best way to cool off lakeside. Window A/C units may be installed seasonally during heat waves but aren't guaranteed. If using A/C, please keep doors and windows closed.

☆☆ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE ☆☆

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional 5 Str Co-Host Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

- This home is on a septic system, so please be mindful and do not flush anything other than toilet paper

- With the stairs and layout of the home and proximity to the water home may not be suitable for infants and toddlers
