“The property was excellent. My dissatisfaction is with VRBO, we were not informed that there would be daily construction happening at our property and that the pool bar would be closed during our stay. Almost every day of our vacation we had to endure the excruciating sound of chain saws, we would leave the resort daily to avoid the construction. Also lack of response, Prior to our vacation I sent three emails to the provided email address asking for advice on water taxi’s and golf cart rentals……

The beach house was adequately furnished with all that we needed, and a first day challenge with water pressure was solved by Jaime's Sparky, family covering while Jaime was away. “Sapphire Bay is a lovely, very well-maintained and secure resort. The staff are the most friendly and helpful people we have met. Everyone works hard to make your stay enjoyable. Eddy, in the office, booked excursions and our flights to Belize City for us. Wilbert, worked at the Tiki Bar and anywhere else he was needed. Felt like family!9c is a nice, clean, little unit. Everything two people need. Water and coffee was supplied. TV was appreciated as there were a few cooler nights. It's not ocean……

“This is a very nice unit, plenty of space and has everything inside that you would need. Location is excellent. The property manager was super and always replied back when we had a question or concern.The only “bummer” of our stay was construction on a next door building, a lot of noise going on during the work hours. If you’re thinking of booking here check with them first about how long this will continue, looks like they’ve got a while to go.”
