「There was no host so no one to rectify any problems we had. Tried emails to the concierge with no reply, before our arrival and before. The place was filthy. The burners on the range did not all work properly. no water pressure. strong sewer smell in the condo. Mold on the shower ceiling. And the rock work on the other shower floor is coming loose because the grout never dries, and never been sealed. sliding doors and screen don’t slide well. lack of utensils, no glasses, poor quality...
