「The view from the dining and viewing pergola is one of the best in San Ignacio.」

「It's peaceful, the room was clean and bed was very comfortable.」

「I absolutely LOVED my stay at Falling Leaves Lodge. My partner and I were blown away with the service, attentive staff, beautiful grounds, and clean room. Paula at the front desk went above and beyond for us, whether it was confirming our excursions, arranging taxis, or ordering us early breakfast, she handled it all. The groundskeepers were so kind, setting up lounge chairs and allowing us to connect to the Bluetooth speaker by the pool. The on-site restaurant had a large menu and every dish we...

「Good basic accommodation. Lots of space in room considering two double beds. You do have to come upstairs, no elevator. On good street for walking, close to local market. Parking available.」

「L’hotel è molto buono, le stanze pulite, la piscina anche, un po’ fuori dal centro che si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 20/25 minuti. Ma nel complesso un buon appoggio」

「Convenient to downtown, very nice staff.」

「I would definitely go again. Friendly staff and I loved that the pool was accessible at all hours.Even though you're close to town, you feel disconnected from all hustle and bustle」

「Amazing property. It was so beautiful with the courtyard with flowers and the private pool/bath and geat views. They upgraded us with no extra charge. Wish we could have stayed here longer. The price was great for a three story home away from home.」

「Clean room.」

「The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay!」

「The resort has the potential to be a 5 star resort. It is lacking the polish. Overall it is a beautiful resort, loved the organic garden, and the pool is very nice. Maintainance equipment was left out through out the despite work being done for the day. The main chef was amazing but his back up needs a lot more training and experience. Noticable difference in preparation of meals. Water pressure consistently low and hard to get hot water.」

「When I arrived there was nobody there to let me in. I tried the whatsapp number and got a recording saying it was not a valid number. I was able to send a message through Expedia messaging and got a reply fairly quick. A gentleman working on the roof finally let me in and gave me a key to the room. The beds were basically a brick with springs poking me when I laid down. The walls are very thin and the road noise went on all night. Parking is along the road and very tight and limited. The second...

「Our family really loved this oasis in the middle of the city. As soon as you stop through the front gate you’re in a comfortable setting with nice pool, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was delicious and so convenient. Staff was friendly and welcoming.」

「The staff at Villa Massis made us feel like family from the second we walked in! The food and drinks were wonderful. The room was perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful! Joelle (spelling?) was extremely warm and helpful. He booked us a private tour to Xunantunich Mayan Ruins. Mark was our guide and the tour was incredible! Their bartender, Gio, knew exactly how to cool us off after a hot day. Lucy always had the most beautiful smile on her face. The owner (can't remember his name) was...

「Stayed two nights. Staff was incredible. Derrick is the best tour guide. Lodge even had transportation from airport and to water ferry. 10/10!」

「Organize better for guests check in. Include a phone number for optional assistance」
