「Our group of 20 persons stayed at the Golden Bay Belize for one night. I had contacted the hotel in advance and they were very helpful in helping me secure a cave tubing tour for our group. When we arrived, the hotel restaurant was to be closed for a private event, despite me notifying the hotel our group would like to eat at the restaurant. The front desk was amazing and had staff prepare an area in the restaurant for our group and we were able to have our evening at the hotel as planned. ...

I will say, the place only has 2 golf carts which means you have to be fast to rent one for the day. This is definitely something I think they could get more of.
