The staff- especially Paula at front desk, was very helpful and courteous. The facility is well kept with a beautiful rain forest feel. Vege options at onsite restaurant were great and the host was able to modify to your liking. Overall a very quiet and enjoyable stay.

The staff were excellent. Enjoyed the option to dine on the property. Very close to Cahal Peach ruins. Within a few minutes walk. I would like to have had some comfortable chairs to sit outside of our room to enjoy the beautiful grounds. Will definitely stay again.

The property is located next to Cahal Pech ( a plus for sure) the place is clean and safe. But truly is the ENTIRE STAFF who is the difference maker, they really care about their guests. helping in many ways. the attention/service here will definitely wanna make you come back. What we loved most about Falling Leaves was the staff. Everyone was so genuinely kind and helpful especially Christina and Kevin! The cabana was perfect and the grounds were beautiful! Would definitely stay there again!

RENT A CAR! This resort is on top of a very large hill and without our car we would’ve needed a taxi to get back up everytime. Would definitely come back. San Ignacio is a very vibrant town with lots to do. This resort was very accommodating to us during our stay. Very clean and well kept. The landscape was beautiful especially for a night walk. The staff was always at our service for anything we needed.
