“Very clean rooms. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was amazing at an extra charge. Air-conditioning was great. Definitely would stay there again! The restaurant food was amazing.”

“Falling Leaves was a beautiful, cozy, and relaxing place. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable for our honeymoon. The grounds of this hotel was so beautiful with lots of luscious green plants. It’s in a really great location too! ”

“The property grounds and staff there made the experience amazing and memorable. I only have an issue with a couple small things. My toilet broke on the first flush. Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, and the in room bar snacks were old. It would be nice if the owner invested more into these small details. For the rate per night, it must compete well with other luxury hotels. Overall, great……

“It was a very good hotel. The location is excellent. The rooms were very clean. air-conditioning worked very good. No problem parking all the people were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It would be nice if they had a little bar on the roof of the hotel have a cold beer or drink of some kind after you got back from one of your adventures in the city, but there’s lots of places very close to get something to eat or drink ”

“Calico Jacks is a bit outside San Ignacio so you definitely need a vehicle but the room was really cleaned and comfortable. I stayed for only one night so I haven’t used the pool or tried the zipline but the food at the restaurant onsite and the staff were amazing. Julio was my server and my guide the morning after to visit Barton Creek’s caves and he made sure I had a wonderful time.”

“Our stay was really lovely. Rose and the other ladies made us delicious breakfast and dinner - the best that we had in Belize. The property was comfortable and conveniently located. It felt very safe. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

“Fully stocked kitchen, they thought of all the little things. Host was friendly and showed us where everything was. There are only a few cabins/lodges on the property so it's quiet and peaceful. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off and getting some sun. We even made use of the full-size BBQ by the pool one night. Lots to do in the area (hiking, waterfalls, Calico Jacks, cave tubing) and San Ignacio is only 40 mins away. Note: you definitely need an SUV to get there (4x4 in wet……

“We didnt spend much time in the room other than to sleep. Don't stay in room 24!! Every night there was a full choir singing very loudly until 9pm at night The one night they were singing nursery rhymes, for no reason. The room was right next door and felt like they were inside our space! The up side was the air conditioning was great. We stayed in a Junior suite, so it had a 5 gallon water bottle which we appreciated. There was a kettle, so I brought oatmeal with me for a quick breakfast.……

“I'm very happy we stayed here. Simple. Sweet. We did not use the AC and left the windows open for air. It was a little noisy at night, but not the fault of the hotel. Ezra made us really delicious breakfasts for us each morning. Staff were all very kind. ”

“The hotel was pretty modern and new. The double suite was very large and beautiful. It was a pretty quiet, family business and the staff was so nice and accommodating. It felt like staying with family. The food was delicious as well. The area is pretty isolated, but a short cab ride can take you to town for groceries and restaurants. Super refreshing and pretty pool, and the beds were SO comfortable. ”
