「Great customer service 」

「I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc. I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again.」

「Amazing hotel! Comfortable, quiet, cozy and very clean. There was a private deck in the back with tables, chairs, hammock and a fan. The bed was comfortable with fluffy white comforters. There’s a private bar and coffee shop downstairs. It is located in the very heart of San Ignacio and a walking distance from the market. Service was amazing with nice and amazing staff! 」

「We brought our 3 teenage sons here and it was perfect! Clean and in the center of town. We did lots of tours in every direction and it felt like a central location for all of that, too.」

「The cabin was pleasant, had basic necessities. I deducted two stars because there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the host. The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned about arriving in early evening and not knowing how to get in. Turns out there was a lock with a key in it in the front door. Also, not this host’s fault, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through...

「They never contacted me to give me information on how to access the property, and did not respond to messages. I was forced to last minute rebook over the Holidays, and now hotels are refusing to give me a full refund.」

「Table Rock surpassed our expectations. The grounds are immaculate and it felt like you were all alone in the jungle. Friendly staff and great service! The Tikal tour we took was awe inspiring, too. Would go back in a heartbeat!」

「Monkey Falls was set in a lovely location right in the jungle. It was quiet and relaxing. We were shown around Rod’s farm which was very interesting. The kitchen makes lovely home made food, including breakfast, which we ate every day. Tours can easily be booked from there and they will pick you up. It’s a short taxi ride from town. All in all a nice place to stay if you want to relax and you like jungle and wildlife.」
