“We stayed at their family villa. The house was clean, and it was a wonderful experience. Rose and her son Rodale were so kind and helpful. Rod showed us around the family land and the farm, and we drank fresh coconut water. We ate local foods prepared in a lovely setting on the property. We hope to be back some day. If you come, don't miss the ATM cave tour - amazing adventure!”

“Our stay at The Maya Mountain Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The place is very cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature — exactly what we were looking for. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and a special thanks goes to Cesar, who truly went above and beyond. We had unexpected difficulties at the Guatemala–Belize border and arrived very late, around 10:30 pm, but Cesar was still there waiting for us with a smile and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. “Sweet Songs was absolutely perfect for my trip to Belize. My room was always clean, there's plenty of wildlife around the resort including toucans and kinkajous (definitely take the night hike!!), and the pool is always a great option when not taking excursions. Breakfast and lunch have the same menu (both with great options) and dinner has a rotating menu that never disappointed. The entire staff is amazing, but Mason, Rita, and Esmeralda always went above and beyond :)”

“We enjoyed our time here! Our family of five stayed comfortably in the “one room family suite” which had a mini fridge and a microwave. The grounds have beautiful landscaping and the pool is very nice. This was a great spot for a home base while exploring all the ruins. ”

“I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc. I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again.”
