「Room was nice could have been cleaned and maintained better. Had a moldy smell even running ac to try to clear out. Maybe dirty mop smell. Staff are not the friendliest not sure if it is colture or just stuffy attitudes to non owners. Better spits and definitely more friendly host on the usland. Would not stay again.」

「I thought the property was very beautiful. Everybody was really nice. The pools were clean. Had a nice little beach bar next door where we ate many meals and enjoyed the company of fellow travelers. I love that it was just slightly out of town enough to get us away from the noise and and pollution from all the golf course, but close enough that it was just a 5-minute enjoyable ride to get anywhere or there was action.」

「Small, new, modern hotel with a nicely landscaped pool area located near the Sir Barry Bowen Municipal airport. The communication with the hotel via Expedia messaging was excellent. They got in touch a couple of weeks beforehand, and I was sent information on how to access my room the day before arrival. The room was relatively large and included a kitchenette. Everything was like new.」

「The resort is wonderful, large rooms new looking rooms. Nice pool area , swim up bar. I loved the Hot tub . Great friendly staff. Helpful. I had trouble connecting to the WiFi and turning on the TV. They sent someone to help. The Dive trips pick up at the nice private dock. Good Dive tour company onsite. Breakfast and Dinner places, across the street. The only bad thing was the sea weed on the beach. The resorts put in a Lot of effort to clean it up. No swimming at the Beach. Need to go out on...

「Beautiful Cabin with views of the Caribbean. Donna at the front desk was amazing and anytime we needed anything it magically appeared. Noreen and the rest of the staff were the best. I am definitely coming back. 10 stars!」

「El Ben is a beautiful, well run property. Everything about our stay was fantastic from the staff to the food to the cabanas. All the food is made from scratch - from the bread for morning toast to the fresh squeezed juice. I only gave it a 3 for amenities because that’s somewhat intentional as it’s on the north quiet side of caye caulker. If you want to relax, unplug & lay low it’s perfect. If you want to sign up for outings & adventures off site, you can do that too. 」
