“Initially I was off put with the hotel because I wanted to book a 2 bedroom suite when I initially booked a one bedroom suite. They wouldn’t cancel my room so I can rebook even though it was less than 24 hours. I felt like this was going to be a horrible hotel but I was completely wrong. This hotel was AMAZING! I honestly wanted to cry when it was time to go. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had room 1157 which was a one bedroom suite with an ocean view. Erick and Nathan were……

“No refrigerator or microwave . A refrigerator is on request. Toilet paper should be readily available in the rooms but you have to ask . Overall , staff was amazing and service is superbly helpful. It is very secluded so if you are looking for action you won't find it here but across the split is where you can find entertainment. You will have to take the go cart they provide to ride to the ferry which is $5 round trip .”

“Balcony views over the beach are nice and the through breeze on a hot day is a nice change from AC (the AC worked well). Central location is easy walking distance for much of the north town. Towels for the beach a nice touch.”

“The hotel is conveniently located on the beach with easy access to central San Pedro. It has a nice pool in the front and a lounge area on the top floor. The apartment is very modern with all the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen with new appliances. Unfortunately, there was a serious ant problem which was reported to the office. Also, the city and a bar across the street are taking volumes of sargassum out of the sea and piling it up on the road across from……

“I am a solo traveler for me it was everything I needed. In town with all the locals everything you need around the hotel or close enough to walk. I never rented a golf cart just walked everywhere. The staff were amazing and very helpful with anything you may need. Definitely recommend”

“Sunbreeze Suites is perfectly located, very clean, bed was Comfy, housekeeping came daily, A/C kept the room at a perfect temp and staff was very helpful. We usually stay at the bigger resorts but in all honesty, the service here is much better. Sargassum smell wasn’t too bad. I’ve gotten massive headaches from the smells when staying at Alaia but did not have the issue here.”

I was there on a solo trip for three days, and it was just what I needed: clean, quiet, off the beaten path, but not too far that I ever felt unsafe. Woke up to a thunderstorm early in the morning, peeked out the front door, and I felt like I was in the jungle. 10/10 would stay again.”

“This property was simply amazing. It was nice quiet tucked away but not to far from the party. The property staff were amazing from the time I booked until the time we departed. They assisted us to back and forth to beach complementary a back and forth to the water taxi to go on our excursions. The rooms were gorgeous just as advertised and very spacious. I will definitely be bringing my family back to just stay here and enjoy Belize.”
