“The staff is what makes my review 5 stars. The housekeeping crew, Chrissy, always had a smile as she passed by and checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. Johny continued to check on us when we were poolside and delivered great food/drink service. Eric greeted us from the beginning and gave us the signature Alaia drink and conversed with us whenever we saw him. So pleasant to talk with him. Required a boat ride to and from the main Caye Caulker area, that was exhausting and limiting on timing. Although they provided transportation back and forth, it would have been better to know ahead of time you are on your own private island area. “We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating.
