Perfect hotel for the last night before leaving to the airport. They arranged an early morning shuttle, and a pickup from the water taxi and tour of the monkey sanctuary the day before. Then I relaxed poolside and had a delicious dinner in the restaurant. A very peaceful place on the river. The sound of the monkeys at night was fascinating!

This hotel was exactly what we needed for our first night in Belize. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and very friendly staff all around. We used this hotel as a first night launchpad since we arrived later in the day and didn't want to drive the two hours in the dark to San Ignacio. Much nicer grounds and pool than we expected and we were very happy with our dinner (fish and shrimp dishes) and great breakfast. This is a perfect place to stay on the front or back end of a trip to be close to the airport, or even to stay for a couple of days for nearby excursions!

Very nice place to stay to experience the local jungle related attractions near City. Very convenientl location to stay the last two or three nights before leaving because if it’s very close proximity to the airport and airport shuttle. The food was excellent.
