We had a wonderful experience at Reef Haven. The swim-up bar was delightful. The pools were amazing, lots of space to relax. The staff were wonderful, polite and accommodating.

This was a margaritaville property until Dec of 25. The resort was clean the food was decent but the menus could have offered more options or maybe a daily special. For all inclusive the food options were lacking. Our room was great oceanfront suite. The beach was full of sea weed but the hotel had guys out there every day removing it. They just couldn’t beat Mother Nature though. The stall was very accommodating.

Great food! The staff was awesome. The staff accomodated our every need! Resort is far from town, but worth it! I reccommed renting a golf cart and exploring the island, visiting the beach bars along the way. Pack bug spray!

We chose this resort due to amenities offered for the whole family, and its location away from mainland. It was the best choice for us - the spa was heavenly with a couple treatments & massages for my husband and me, the whole staff was excellent (especially Captain Mario and Angelita at the restaurant), our room was clean & spacious with great views and we loved the pools. Food was perfectly made, decadent and refreshing options - my favorite was the lomo and french toast & chilaquiles with themed menu and drinks every night. Kids loved the pool and fun activities staff planned every day.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing and the location was gorgeous! The food and drinks were also great! We were really frustrated because the Expedia listing said the resort had tennis courts which it does not! They also do not have bicycles as the website claims.

My wife is in a wheelchair and we could not have navigated the beach sand or loading on/off the boats without their assistance. We lived in Hawaii for 10 years only in retirement have we actually took time to slow down and relax. Best vacation ever. Crystal clear waters. Staff that becomes family. Good food, drinks, and song. staff were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. it is far from everything and costs money to go into town from the resort - there is two pools and a pickle ball court for entertainment, otherwise not much to do. we weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to all the seaweed despite them working hard to clear it. only one restaurant for meals with the same menu everyday, unfortunately my husband got food poisoning on the second to last day

The ocean was visible from our room and the room was very clean and nice. The daily housekeeping was impeccable. Our only complaint was the smell from the seaweed that was dredged up on shore was very strong. They worked overtime every day to manage it and haul it away, but there was a big pile stacked near the rooms and the smell is just putrid. Fortunately, the wind blew every day that we were there and that helped to lessen the smell.

Neat resort away from everything. Nicely remodeled. The staff is the nicest and most attentive I have ever seen. Food was very good considering everything came from one kitchen. A great relaxing experience. If you want no crowds, and like to snorkel, fish, or just relax around a pool this is your place. The boat ride from town to the resort was 30 min each way but we loved it!
