The air was off upon our arrival, it was 99 in the unit..2 of the 3 air conditioners were not working to full capacity which made it hard to get comfortable.We had an 11 an check out, and was preparing to pack and clean when we had a 955 am knock on the door saying check out was at 10.we told them our confirmationsaid 11, but it was not sitting well with the person.So we skipped the coffee and got out as fast as we could..not able to tidy...
