“Great trip and very nice condo.”

“Property was exactly as described. Only major downside is it's parking for 1 car. The location fits 8 people comfortably so you would think there would at least be 2 spots. But the photos and description are accurate, and if you're there for ski season it's like a 7 minute walk to the Timer Town lift at South Peak. Can't beat that!”

“This property was the perfect spot for a winter vacation for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed the big open space in the back and had a great time sledding down the hill. We enjoyed visiting nearby attractions such as the Mt.Washington cog and Diana’s baths. Would love to come back. ”

From the moment I reached out to the host he was gracious, easy-going and said I was going to LOVE the Penthouse. He wasn’t kidding! The check in process was seamless, the location superb with amazing views of Hampton Beach right out the window! The condo was perfect in size for us and was filled with all the amenities of home! Great appliances, furniture, bedding and linens. Comfortable AC units……

“Great location, partial view of the lake, good proximity to laundry and pool. AC in bedrooms and living area is a plus. We have old definitely stay here again”

“We sayed the night after the James Taylor Concert at the Bank of NH Pavillion. It is so much fun to walk out the back door and down the wooded path right into the Pavillion.Condo was clean and comfortable.”

“Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!”
