Colonial Motel

10/10 Excellent

"Clean room, comfortable bed, swimming pool is behind the motel, supply pool towels, good vending machines and a nice close walk to downtown. Unfortunately there's a language barrier when I tried to get more make-up wipes, so I wouldn't ruin the face cloth... They said no, they dont have them. I dont think they understood what I was asking. No biggie."

"There is a beautiful view of the mountains from the private balcony to the room. Everything was clean. I booked my room from Hotels.com so I'm not sure if some information given was from them or the hotel itself. I was flying in and had to drive 1 & 1/2 hrs get there I knew I would be getting in late. Info given said the office was open until 9pm. I arrived a little after 8;30, the office was closed but they left an envelope w/name taped to the door. Inside was my room info and where to get a key. The info provided also said that housekeeping was daily. It was not. Info also said there was toiletries provided, the only thing there were two tubes of combination shampoo & conditioner. I could not comment on how helpful the staff was as I did not see anyone until I checked out. Knowing all of this now I would stay there again knowing what to expect as it was convenient to where I had to go and the cleanliness of the room."
