Gunstock Inn & Suites
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice place. Great views and staff!! Will be back!! "
"Brought my teenage son to Gilford for DMB and we stayed at this hotel as it's walking distance to Bank of NH Pavilion. We had a 1 bdrm suite which was very spacious. Full kitchen with dining room table, pull out couch in living room. We left some DMB posters in the room when we checked out, I was sure they had dissappeared forever. I called the front desk and the manager was so accomodating. She tracked the posters down with house keeping and sent them back to me via USPS. Would definitely stay again!"
"Our family had a great time during our stay at this awesome house. Location was great and the house had all the amenities that we needed. We loved it!"

Beachfront Family Retreat On Winnipesaukee - Amazing Long Views
10/10 Excellent
"This is the perfect Lake Winnipesaukee home! The core of the home was built in 1930, from pine trees on the property, and has a rustic/antique feel. Over the years, the owners built up and out, so that this is a large home with many rooms. The beach is soft, wide, and slopes gently—perfect for young children. There’s a large dock for the tri-toon we rented, a fire pit, and several outdoor picnic tables, making dinner with young children much easier! (No need to sweep the floor since families of ducks stopped by every night to feast on what the kids dropped!) The owners thought of everything! Canoes and kayaks, lawn games and board games, linens, bath towels and beach towels. We’ve rented many lake houses, and never had a house this well stocked— spices, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, flash lights, a blue tooth speaker, binoculars, tools. One of the two co-owners, Karyn, was easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. She did everything possible to help us get the most out of the week. This was a splurge vacation for us, but well worth the cost. We all want to go back! (Note to those with young children: We took photos of the house when we arrived, and removed items that we thought the kids might break, damage or lose (billiard balls and cue sticks, glass cups in the bathroom, two little balls for a tabletop soccer game, etc,). The photos made it easy to return everything to the right place.) "
"The house was everything we expected. We all loved it especially the kids! The location was great and a very nice neighborhood. We would love to come back again next year!"
Secluded, dog-friendly home with screened porch, firepit, fireplace & W/D
6/10 Okay
"First impression of house photo online looked nice. But when we arrived we saw mildew all over the house and property. Screened in porch had moths, spiders, cobwebs and other bugs all over and looked like it hadn’t been painted for sometime to include the house. Interior looked somewhat updated, couldn’t get TV’s to function at all and couch seats sunk so much you had to pull yourself out. The so called vegetable gardens were all weeds with broken wire fencing.
Whoever owns the property certainly doesn’t take care of it!"
