「Wonderful place to stay. The inn has a very cozy feel. Rooms were slightly dated but had a warm B&B vibe. Very nice amenities and love that so many great shops and places to eat are right there. Staff was awesome and even called us ahead to let us know our room was ready early. Will definitely stay here again!」

「An interesting choice for staying in Laconia. There must be ten churches within eyesight from this property! Nice walking trail along the adjacent canal. A bit scetchy to walk down Main Street on a Friday night. Walgreens, Dunkin’, and Cumberland Farms within walking distance. 」

「Nice hotel on Lake Winnipesaukee with its own beach, hot tub and fire pit. Extremely clean and well kept, good breakfast with many choices. Comfortable bed, every room has a balcony with views of the lake. Our only complaint is the noise--from traffic on the adjacent very busy road and from with the hotel, where sound proofing is unfortunately not adequate.」

「If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!」

「We were in New Hampshire for our daughter's 2024 Graduation from Plymouth State University. Josh's cabin was the perfect place to stay as it was conveniently located just a few miles from campus and easily accessible from the highway. It was competitively priced with the hotels in the area and offered more bang for our buck. This is definitely a great find. Josh was very responsive to my questions before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone.」

「It was clean and fully lit up when we got there, with a bottle of wine waiting for us. We are not wine drinkers, but a nice gesture. It was a bit smaller than expected (I believe the photos make it appear bigger), but the LR furniture and queen bed were pretty comfortable (with no shortage of pillows). Having a comfortable bed always rates high on our list when looking for lodging and you never know what you’re going to get. There was, however, an odd noise (much like a random drip on a drum)...
