「First this is a weekend town. Sundays and Mondays it’s like the whole town and lake are asleep. Nothing is open. We stayed in 2 rooms at the chase house for 4 nights with waterfront balconies. The hotel is divided into four different buildings. The church landing building seemed to be the most ideal where you can actually enjoy the lake with the room you’re paying for. In the chase house, you are across the street. And the street during the day is LOUD! Trucks and motorcycles all day...

「Upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite across the street from the main hotel and had the best time with a full kitchen/ living room 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (bedroom bathrooms each have a shower. Plus the porch/deck area specific to each room made sitting and people watching all the more enjoyable when you just want to relax after a day at the beach. Only negative would be you will hear you neighbors on either side of you and or above you. However this wasn't a big deal for us and didn't take away...

「It was a nice property, but you have to ask for everything towels etc. it was a perfect spot. Saw the fireworks and you can walk right up the street to the ocean so it’s a perfect location for a holiday.」

「The property is very old. It needs to be updated. Our porch was sketchy lots of soft spots in the floor. Also the railings were very rickety. I definitely would not lean on it.」

「The hotel is located well and near to the Hampton beach. The room is clean and easy to reach parking lot. The services is good, especially the receptionist, Joe who is very helpful and nice to offer wonderful customer services. We definately will come back and stay in the future trip.」
