「Great location for Northern Presidential mountains」

「Great Staff and place! 」

「Safe and clean, although dated. It was very difficult to get the shower to a safe, comfortable temp, but with some patience, it can be done. The hot tub/spa area is seasonal, which was not advertised. Quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious.」

「We were blessed to arrive very late, and able to easily get into the room quickly. It was a little dated, but comfortable for a short stay, Met the lady that booked us for the extra night, and that was a pleasant thing, as well.」

「Everything you need is on site. Restaurant, bar, arcade, pool, hot tub and gym. Rooms are very clean. They have pet friendly rooms for a fee which is very convenient. Staff is friendly. Highly reccomend!」

「Decor is a bit dated however the accommodations were great for the price and staff was amazing and friendly and very responsive. Game room is a fun amenity and pool/hot-tub were great too. We will definitely meet family there again as it’s in the middle. 」

「Friendly staff and main part of hotel appeared cleaner than the room. The room we stayed in needed a serious deep clean. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and smelly feet. We opened the window but there were no screens. The carpet was very stained and likley the cause of the smell. It needs to be shampooed or replaced. I kept my socks on to walk around the room. The sheets were clean but the bedspreads were both stained with what looked like oil. Huge cobweb on the ceiling/wall that's been...

「We only stayed one night for Valentines Day but the room was very pretty and the dinner at Shovel Handle Pub was phenomenal! Some of the best steak tips I ever had! And the view is lovely as well. We didn't come to ski but if we had, the hotel is at the base of the mountain and would have been perfect. The location is convenient to everything in Jackson.」
